How we deliver

A project management office, quantity surveyors, independent supervision and our own plant fleet keep every contract on budget, on time and to specification.

Project management office

One office plans, schedules and tracks every site

The PMO plans resources, coordinates labour, machinery and materials, sets the programme, tracks milestones and adjusts delivery when site conditions change.

  • EfficiencyCrews and plant scheduled so no site waits on another.
  • Completion on timeMilestones tracked against the agreed programme.
  • Cost controlSpending checked against the bill of quantities as work proceeds.
  • Quality assuranceInspections planned into the schedule at every stage.
  • Stakeholder satisfactionRegular reporting to clients, consultants and authorities.

Cost control and bills of quantities

Every rupee accounted for

Our quantity surveyors track cost through construction. Deliveries are checked against the BOQ, waste is held down and financial statements are issued so cost stays visible to the client.

  1. Estimate accuratelyQuantity take-off at realistic rates.
  2. Verify deliveriesEvery load checked against the BOQ.
  3. Track cost dailyLabour, materials and plant logged on site.
  4. Cut wasteThrough careful procurement and use.
  5. Report transparentlyClear statements at each milestone.

Site supervision and contract compliance

Checked before it is paid for

Senior engineers supervise independently against the drawings. They verify measurements, approve structural connections and check each step before a milestone payment is released.

  1. Review drawingsSpecifications and drawings studied before work starts.
  2. Verify setting outDimensions, levels and alignment confirmed.
  3. Approve reinforcementStructural connections inspected before concrete.
  4. Check the methodWork follows the approved method statement.
  5. Release paymentMilestones approved only when complete.

Departments

Three departments connect the head office to every site

Technical division

Civil engineers, structural analysts, CAD designers and quantity surveyors turn drawings into field plans. They check calculations, estimate material cost and catch layout conflicts before construction.

  • Structural analysis and design review
  • Quantity surveying and BOQs
  • Value engineering
  • Constructability and risk review
  • Software: ETABS, AutoCAD, Primavera

Site operations

Senior site engineers, foremen, machinery operators and skilled crews hold the daily programme for earthworks, paving and structural concrete.

  • Labour coordination
  • Equipment scheduling
  • Material management
  • Progress monitoring
  • Quality from earthwork to finish

Quality control and safety

QA/QC and HSE staff work apart from schedule pressure. Inspectors test steel, cement, aggregate and asphalt. Safety officers enforce site rules, risk assessments and training.

  • Independent quality verification
  • National and international standards
  • Hazard identification and control
  • Continuous training

Plant and equipment

Our own fleet, ready to mobilise

Owning our plant means we are not waiting on hire companies when a site needs to start. Model, manufacturer and purchase details for each item are available on request for tender evaluation.
