Rahman Construction has carried out uninterrupted engineering work in Pakistan since 1993. This page sets out who we are, where we are going and the standards we hold ourselves to.
Executive summary
The firm was established in 1993 to meet a growing need for infrastructure that lasts. It combines structural engineering experience with a trained technical staff.
That combination lets us serve public sector departments, commercial developers and regional development initiatives with the same standard of care. Management is built around cost accountability, technical excellence and transparent contract management.
Our strength on site comes from being able to mobilise heavy machinery, skilled engineers and financial resources quickly, including in the difficult terrain of northern Pakistan. Since registering with the Pakistan Engineering Council in 2017, we have taken on larger public sector contracts, municipal tenders and more complex engineering systems.

Values
Integrity is our baseline. We practise honesty across financial reporting, quantity surveying, subcontractor selection and client communication. This protects clients from unexpected cost and handles public infrastructure investment responsibly, in line with Pakistan Engineering Council guidelines.
Infrastructure should be built to last. We do not compromise on material specifications, structural design or curing time. Experienced site supervisors work with certified materials so that asphalt and concrete meet the client's testing protocols.
Every project is shaped by the client's constraints and goals. We use value engineering to save cost and time without cutting safety or quality. Our Director, Inam Ullah, is a single point of contact for coordination, progress updates and client care.
Excellence is not a skill. It is our attitude. We invest in our people and our methods so that every structure is safe and durable.
